Where do the beans used by Anhelo come from?
Anhelo is a precious blend made from the finest Arabica coffees from Brazilian plantations and the highlands of Central America, with a note of excellent Ethiopian Robusta and washed Indian Robusta. Brazilian Arabica gives naturally sweet, round and balanced beans; Central American Arabica, grown at altitude, brings floral and citrus notes; Ethiopian Robusta adds spicy nuances and hints of cocoa; washed Indian Robusta contributes a clean structure and a persistent taste. The origins are selected by an Anhelo expert and the coffee is roasted in Naples.
